As a Health and Nutrition Integrated Coach, the focus is on empowering you to make lasting, meaningful changes that align with your goals.

Through a collaborative process, we explore your current habits, challenges, and any health issues that may be hindering your progress, such as difficulty losing weight.

Rather than rigid diets, we create a personalised nutrition plan that feels intuitive and sustainable, fostering mindful eating and a deeper understanding of your body’s needs.

You can choose from a variety of packages, starting with a basic plan of 4 sessions over 5 weeks, designed to support you in taking intentional steps towards lasting health and vitality.

We are currently only accepting payments via bank transfer (temporary). We understand that this may be less convenient, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

After you fill out the form and your session is confirmed, you will receive the bank transfer details. Please do the transfer and share your receipt copy to secure your slots. You will receive an agreement to read and sign.
