A certified Health and Nutrition Coach (BTEC Diploma in Professional Nutrition & Health Coaching, Level 4, England) with over a decade of experience, alongside multiple certifications in personal fitness training.
With a diverse career spanning Milan, Dubai, and London, experience has been gained working with clients from a wide range of cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds.
Known for a non-biased, inclusive approach, a deep understanding of the intersection between nutrition, fitness, and wellness has been developed.
Passionate about empowering individuals through tailored, sustainable health strategies, the focus is on creating meaningful, long-term changes that go beyond trends, backed by solid expertise and a commitment to holistic well-being.
Having personally experimented with various diets and training approaches, I’ve gained firsthand insight into what works—and what doesn’t.
I’ve successfully avoided four surgeries through mindful training and, beyond the gym, have engaged in boxing, mountain biking, and endurance horse riding at a professional level.
